At Inspired Hearts Boutique, I value your business and guarantee your satisfaction on all items purchased from me. If an order is not completely satisfactory, I will work to ensure that any issues you have with my products are addressed and resolved. Please read below for information on how to process a return or exchange or receive a refund.
Please send your exchange or return within 14 days of the delivery date. Remember that each shirt is printed to order by hand, so there will be a slight turn around for a reprinted item, though we will do our best to get it to you in a timely manner.
Please be sure to check for any discrepancies or defects prior to wearing/using your item. If something is wrong with the order (damaged garment/ wrong order/ incorrect size/ anything that you are not completely satisfied with) contact us right away. A replacement item will immediately be sent out once we've received the damaged item and we will cover these shipping costs. We do our best to avoid these errors and mistakes, but they do happen. Please be patient with us if a mistake has been made with your order.
If you need to exchange for a different size or would like to exchange your item for any reason at all, we do gladly accept exchanges on any unworn/unwashed/unaltered items. In this instance, the customer will cover the shipping cost to send the exchanged item back to us. Please ensure the item arrives in the same condition that you first received it in. You have 14 days after it's been delivered to exchange your item.
If exchanging for an item of greater value, we will invoice you for the additional amount via PayPal. The invoice will go to the email address provided to us and the exchanged order will be fulfilled once the payment has been processed.
No returns or exchanges on any sale items.
All packages are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Ship-time is 3 to 5 business days after the order has been fulfilled. The total shipping cost includes packaging, shipping and handling & postage.
With the USPS delivery confirmation, once the package is marked as "delivered" it belongs to you. Twisted Love Boutique will not claim responsibility for lost/stolen packages that have been delivered. Please inform your mail carrier of special package delivery instructions.
All customized orders are an additional $10.00. Additional designs on the back of products is an additional $5 charge. Please contact us for details.
